Problem: Customer states there is a squeak when vehicle brakes applied. Cause: Technician found vehicle has nearly new brake pads and rotors installed on the front of the car, but brake pad contact points were not greased when brakes were repaired at another auto repair facility. We recommend disassemble and lubricate the brake components properly.
