24 month/24,000 mile Hoover Street Auto Repair Warranty

With our "In-House" 24 month, 24,000 mile warranty covering most parts & service. We will replace defective parts listed on your invoice at no charge, or refund the cost (our choice), within the time period or miles (whichever comes first) noted on your invoice from the original date of service. Warranty limited to items charged for on your invoice. Warranty applies only as long as the vehicle is owned by the current owner. Any and all warranty repairs must be pre-approved.

Exclusions

There are however, just a few exclusions:

  • In some situations customers will elect, or we may recommend, using a lower quality/cost part due to either expectations of the vehicle or for budget reasons. In those cases, the warranty is only for the duration the part manufacture provides.
  • Used parts – most used parts have only a 90 day warranty. Larger used parts, such as an engine or transmission, will have varying length of warranty depending on supplier & age of part.
  • We will be very clear about using any parts that fall outside of our normal 24/24 warranty prior to obtaining your authorization & the actual warranty of the “excluded” part will be clearly noted on the repair order.
