Problem: A fluid leak may develop from suspension struts. Honda suspension struts can start to leak from normal aging and wear to internal damage due to hitting potholes or curbs.
Repair: When the internal seals are worn or damaged, the only solution is to replace the Honda strut assembly. Honda suspension struts must always be replaced in axle pairs, such as both front struts or both rear struts. If the vehicle has high mileage, it is strongly recommended that all four struts and springs be replaced for safety reasons.
