Commendation for your service
Dear Brian,
Last Thursday afternoon, I came out of work next door to your shop and
found my tire on my Dodge Ram flat. Your front door was closed, but
the back bay was open. I went in and found your employee getting ready
to leave. He very kindly agreed to help. His first move was to pump up
the tire, and then he said, "You know, I think I can fix this." He
drove my truck into the bay, and proceeded to plug the hole a nail had
left and finish pumping up the tire.
I am pretty sure this mechanic's name starts with "J," but I can't
remember if he said Jerry or Jimmy or something else. But whatever his
name, he provided me with great customer service -- and quite
literally, saved me at least a two-hour hassle. I am very grateful.
I have never considered using your shop before, but the next time I
have car trouble and need service, I expect I will be calling you.

I want to thank you and your staff, particularly Mike for the SUPER service I and my daughter, a University Of Michigan student received.
This testimonial is long overdue. I want to speak directly to the parents of students, particularly those who are out state. Hoover Street Auto treated us fairly, honestly and went above and beyond to make sure my daughter's car was repaired correctly with her utmost safety in mind.
Being out of town is very difficult and tricky in a situation like this. I want to give my utmost in kudos to the owner Brian for test driving the car himeself and to Mike who was always patient and extremely nice.
I give Hoover Street Auto top marks in customer service excellence and satisfaction. The peace of mind that comes with that level of service for your son or daughter, particularly when you are out of town is invaluable.

Performed great service on my Lexus!
They performed great service on my Lexus! The estimate and work performed was explained very well. I was not pressured into any unnecessary services. They explained what could wait until a later date and what should be done today! I will let everyone I know about Hoover Street Auto Repair!!

Quality and honesty is what I look for in any business. After dealing with Brian at Hoover St. I was not disappointed. Brian and his staff are both professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Hoover Street Auto Repair to my family and friends around Ann Arbor area.

Couldn't be happier
I frequently recommend Hoover St. Auto to my friends. When I first moved here, I needed a lot of work on my 1997 Avalon. One of the staff members now knows me personally and has made me feel totally comfortable about the repairs my car needs.
I have cross checked prices with my uncle's shop in the south, and I know their prices are very competitive. I didn't expect my car to make it back to New Orleans after grad school. It seems like, thanks to the repairs and maintenance they've have made, my car will make it back down south. I couldn't be happier with the service.
